These are greeting cards, reproduced from original photographs. They are printed on a 5.25 X 5.25 inch square card on a Crane's Museo Artist Card, a 100% cotton archival fine art paper with a creamy velina finish. The cards are blank inside, with a matching envelope in a protective glassine sleeve.

The Bark Series images were all made from original photographs of one pine tree, growing in the courtyard of the Fresno Art Museum. The natural world does not call itself an artist, yet in every aspect of its existence, art is living. This tree stood very still for me as I made hundreds of photographs of it. It was hard to leave, but I will be back.
